Honors math and biology both count
MATH 3A, MATH 3B and BIO 1 each transfer through either the standard or honors version, MATH 3AH, MATH 3BH or BIO 1H; ASSIST treats both tracks as equal.
PHYS 4A comes before two M E matches
ENGR 80 (M E 220) and ENGR 54 (M E 240) both need PHYS 4A first, and ENGR 20 (M E 202) needs MATH 2. Finish PHYS 4A early so both engineering courses fit before the spring 2027 prep deadline.
Four M E courses have no IVC match
M E 190, M E 200, M E 230 and M E 241 have no IVC match on ASSIST. SDSU's rule is all catalog major prep by the end of spring 2027, and summer 2027 courses don't count toward it.
