Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis is a study of accounting principles and how hospitality managers use financial statements and accounting information for decision-making purposes. This course covers basic accounting concepts, the accounting cycle, the application of generally accepted accounting principles, the application of the Uniform System of Accounts for hospitality service industries, and the critical analysis and interpretation of financial statements.
