Calculus can take four semesters
Starting at MATH A070, you'd go MATH A170, then MATH A180, then MATH A185 or MATH A182H: four semesters before UCI's calculus is done. Put math in your first OCC term.

Open with ECON A170 and A175
Neither ECON A170 nor ECON A175 has a prerequisite on this list, which makes them easy first-semester picks while math catches up. The honors versions, ECON A170H and ECON A175H, count for ECON 20A and ECON 20B too.
MATH A182H fills only one slot
MATH A182H appears under both MATH 2A and MATH 2B, but ASSIST's note says a single course may be used only once. Plan on two calculus courses, such as MATH A180 with MATH A185.
Two routes to MGMT 7
UCI's statistics course, MGMT 7, is covered by STAT C1000 or PSYC A160 at OCC. One of them is enough. Accounting is a pair: ACCT A101 (or A101H) first, then ACCT A102 or ACCT A102H.

What classes should I take at OCC for UCI Business Administration?

Does OCC cover every UCI Business Administration requirement?
Yes, all eight have an OCC match on ASSIST. UCI lists MGMT 4A-4B as an alternative to ECON 20A-20B, but OCC's ECON A170 and ECON A175 already cover ECON 20A and ECON 20B, so you don't need the other one.
Does OCC MATH A180 transfer to UCI as MATH 2A?
Yes. MATH A180 or MATH A180H covers MATH 2A, and MATH A185 or MATH A185H covers MATH 2B. MATH A185 requires MATH A180 or A180H first, so the pair takes two semesters.
Can I use TAG from OCC for UCI Business Administration?
No. The major is not open to TAG for fall 2027. Admission is competitive, with a 3.0 minimum UC transferable GPA and preference for the strongest grades among applicants who finish the required courses by the end of spring.
