Four semesters of math, start early
Pierce's calculus prep runs MATH 240, MATH 260, MATH 261, then MATH 262 before you reach UCLA's MATH 31A and MATH 31B. That's four semesters minimum, so enroll in math your very first term.

MATH 261 needs MATH 260, and MATH 262 needs MATH 261. Only those last two count for UCLA's MATH 31A and MATH 31B, so begin math in your first term to have calculus done by the spring before transfer.
Accounting has to go in order
ACCTG 002 lists ACCTG 001 as a prerequisite, so you can't take Pierce's two accounting courses in the same term or out of sequence. Plan one semester ahead of the other.
