UCI Mechanical Engineering: full GE notes
Math, science, and engineering courses need to be finished before Cal-GETC or UCI's own GE, since the engineering school leaves IGETC out of transfer selection.
Six semesters through physics
MATH 240 leads into MATH 260, MATH 261, MATH 262, MATH 263, and PHYSICS 103: six semesters minimum. Delay the math chain and the physics sequence pushes back with it.
Pierce semesters, UCI quarters
Pierce runs semesters while UCI runs quarters, so a single Pierce course can clear two UCI quarter courses. MATH 263 covers both MATH 2D and MATH 2E.

CAD sits in the design-technology department
Pierce's EGD TEK 101, Engineering Graphics with CAD, clears ENGRMAE 52 (Computer-Aided Design). It isn't listed under ENG GEN, so look for it under its own EGD TEK code when you build your schedule.
Circuit analysis has an electronics option
ELECTRN 004A or ENG GEN 220 both clear the circuit analysis requirement at Pierce. One sits in electronics, the other in general engineering; either works.
Dynamics has no Pierce match
ASSIST lists no Pierce course for ENGRMAE 80. It isn't required for admission, so it's one of four courses you'd take at UCI after finishing Pierce's other engineering prep.
