    Description
    NC 104 is a basic culinary skills course that focuses on competencies and strengths for professionals in the food service industry. This course prepares students for menu design, food preparation, kitchen management inventory, and food safety procedures. By the end of this course, student can go on to be culinary professionals, working in a variety of environments including bakeries, restaurants, hotels, food trucks, cafeterias, clubs, resorts, or institutional facilities.
