- CUL 057 will study all aspects of beverage management including federal, state and local regulations, background and future of the beverage industry. Areas of study include inventory, tools and equipment, beverage pricing, identification of glassware, employment process, and point-of-sales function. Students under 21 will do special assignments rather than labs.
