    This course surveys the world of viticulture and the wine industry, including the history of viticulture, grapevine anatomy, worldwide grapes, wine production, the making of wine, and sensory evaluations. Since CUL ART 31 and PLANT 40 are cross listed courses, credit may be awarded for either CUL ART 31 or PLANT 40 but not both. This course requires an additional $35 lab materials fee.
