Basic ocean safety and first aid, surfing etiquette, negotiating big sets, paddling and dropping in to faster, steeper waves, and learning to maneuver a shortboard. Students must provide their own equipment. Students are limited to a combined total of four enrollments in KNES 33, 34, 35, and 36.Usually HeldThu 6:30am–8:35am, Thu 6:30am–8:20am
