    This course introduces students to the essential components of sports administration, emphasizing the knowledge and skills required to manage sports organizations, teams, personnel, and events at various levels. Students will examine key areas including management and leadership strategies, event and facility operations, sports marketing, financial planning, legal and ethical issues, as well as the role of media and public relations in sports. The course also addresses socio-cultural influences, current trends, and challenges in the sports industry.
