    Introduces students to advanced techniques and concepts of Flag Football. Emphasis will be on progressing to an advanced-level of skill competency and applying advanced-level strategies during a game. Students will execute sport-specific training modalities for optimal skill progression and fitness performance. Students are limited to a combined total of four enrollments in KNES 11, 12, 13, and 80.
