    Description
    This course is a physical education course that is designed to instruct the student in the basic fundamentals and techniques of running. The course will concentrate on improving the Kinesiology 451 physical capacity and efficiency of the body with the emphasis on development of muscular and cardiovascular endurance and organic power, as influenced by such factors as body type, diet, health status, rest, and genetic potential. This course may be taken one time for credit.
