- This course provides an overview of basic wine knowledge, including production, tasting, food pairing, and responsible service. It covers the different styles of wine sales and service and is designed to prepare students to work in the wine or restaurant industry. Must be at least 21 years of age to enroll. Material fees apply. Portions of instruction may be offered online; may also be offered fully online.
