Each 60 hours of non-paid work equals one unit of credit. Each 75 hours of paid work equals one unit of credit. This course requires a student to be currently enrolled in a Professional Baking course or successfully completed a Professional Baking course in a prior semester. Student must be employed or volunteering/interning in order to participate in program. *Title 5, section 55253 states that a student may earn up to a maximum of 16 semester units or 24 quarter units of General & Occupational work experience education combined (Board Rule 6405.10).
