    Description
    This course will give a chance to students who need a job experience in a specialty coffee shop where they will interact with real customers and handle their needs while engaging in critical-thinking topics. It will also provide an overview of a wide variety of coffee- related beverages: hot, cold, customer service, retail packaging, point of sales system, marketing, inventory management, and receiving, storing, and preparing all beverages.
