- This workshop is the tenth of the professional competencies outlined in the New World Work 21st Century Skills list. The workshop focuses on the importance of developing sensitivity to differences in background, beliefs, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, and age in the workplace. Students will engage in professional and interpersonal skills that enable them establish rewarding relationships with diverse individuals and groups.
