Singles and doubles competitive play will be utilized with emphasis on refining game management skills and abilities. Assessment of personal game playing characteristics will be addressed. This course addresses the basic fundamental skills and techniques for the grip, serve, clear, drive, and net drop. Additional emphasis includes badminton terminology, etiquette, equipment, and scoring rules. *UC unit/course limit
