    This course focuses on the intensive study of specific culinary cuisines within the United States and worldwide. Culinary topics include cultural influences, traditions, societal norms, usage/application, authenticity, specialty ingredients, unique preparations, and techniques. This course will explore the difference in flavors, cooking techniques, and ingredients indigenous to various popular regions domestically and internationally.
