    This seminar-style course is designed for students concurrently enrolled in ES 297, providing a platform to discuss their ongoing fitness internship experiences. Topics include fitness assessments, exercise program development, liability, insurance, standard business practices, and national certifications. Students will apply their knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, kinesiology, client assessment, and exercise testing to interpret fitness results and design appropriate training programs. (CSU)
