    Introduces the hospitality industry on a global scale: travel and tourism, lodging, foodservice, meetings, conventions and expositions, leisure, and recreation. Marketing, human resources, leadership, and management are discussed in the context of hospitality management. Focus on orientation to customer service, industry trends, and career opportunities. May be offered in a distance-learning format.
