MATH A182H comes after MATH A180
ASSIST lists MATH A182H, Calculus 1 and 2 Honors, under both UCI MATH 2A and MATH 2B. OCC requires MATH A180 before it, though, so it isn't a one-course shortcut past calculus.
Statistics prep isn't part of admission
ECON 15A and ECON 15B have no OCC match, but UCI's screening only checks micro, macro and calculus grades. You'll finish the statistics pair after transfer.
CS A131 handles the programming pick
OCC's CS A131 (Python) satisfies I&C SCI 31 on its own, so there's no need to pursue SOC SCI 3A as a backup option.

Yes, ECON A170 or its honors version ECON A170H satisfy UCI's ECON 20A microeconomics requirement, and ECON A175 covers ECON 20B macroeconomics.
What doesn't OCC cover for UCI Economics?
OCC has no match for ECON 15A or ECON 15B. Both are additional major-prep courses on UCI's list, not part of the admission screening.
Is UC Irvine TAG available to OCC Economics students?
Yes, for fall 2027 applicants at a 3.4 GPA. UCI takes Economics off the TAG list starting fall 2028, so this cycle is close to the cutoff.
Can OCC's MATH A182H replace two calculus classes?
