Six semesters if you take MATH 84
The longest chain runs MATH 40, MATH 50, MATH C2210, MATH C2220, MATH 80, then MATH 84: six semesters. MATH 84 is one of many options for UCI's math rule, which isn't an admission requirement, so chemistry comes first.
Two LBCC courses replace five UCI quarters
UCI's general chemistry spans five quarter courses, CHEM 1A through CHEM 1LD, but LBCC covers it with just CHEM 1A and CHEM 1B. Organic compresses the same way, CHEM 12A and CHEM 12B for five UCI courses.

Chemistry is the chain that matters
The organic year UCI requires by spring sits at the end of CHEM 2, CHEM 1A, CHEM 1B, CHEM 12A and CHEM 12B, five semesters. The longer math chain only matters if you pick MATH 84 for UCI's math requirement.
Genetics and Molecular Biology both wait for UCI
BIO SCI 97 and BIO SCI 99 have no LBCC match, though Biochemistry, BIO SCI 98, transfers through CHEM 3, a combined general, organic and biochemistry course. Neither missing course blocks your admission.
One physics course can be enough
PHYS 3A alone satisfies one of UCI's two physics options; the other needs PHYS 3A plus PHYS 3B. PHYS 3A needs MATH C2210 first, so pair physics with your calculus.
