BIO 80 and BIO 81 do double duty
Take BIO 80 with BIO 81, or their honors versions. The pair covers both LIFESCI 7A and LIFESCI 7C. BIO 16 with BIO 1 only covers LIFESCI 7A, so it leaves LIFESCI 7C open.
Anatomy, physiology, then microbiology
BIO 11 matches PHYSCI 13, BIO 12 matches PHYSCI 3, and BIO 15 matches NURSING 51. BIO 12 accepts BIO 81 as its prerequisite and BIO 15 accepts BIO 12, so BIO 81, BIO 12, BIO 15 is a clean order.

What classes do I need at IVC for UCLA nursing?

No. ASSIST lists an IVC course for every UCLA Nursing prerequisite. The notes do warn that an additional English composition course may be required after transfer. COMM C1000 and the FILM 40 with COMM 5 pair are recommended, not required.
What GPA do you need for UCLA nursing as a transfer?
At least a 3.5 cumulative GPA in UC-transferable courses. UCLA also wants 60 to 70 semester transferable units, a C or better in every prerequisite, and full Cal-GETC or IGETC certification when you enter. Partial certification isn't accepted.
Does UCLA nursing have a separate application?
Yes. Besides the UC application, you submit a nursing supplemental application, due January 15, 2027. The ASSIST notes say it includes a statement of purpose and two recommendations from a teacher, counselor or professional who knows your work.
