Honors courses count the same
PSYC C1000H and PSYC 3H substitute for the standard PSYC C1000 and PSYC 3 in UCI's Psychology Fundamentals requirement. Either track satisfies the same prep.
PSCI 11B has no IVC match
ASSIST lists no IVC course for PSCI 11B, UCI's other Psychology Fundamentals requirement. UCI doesn't require prep for admission to this major, so you can take it after you transfer.

Yes. PSYC C1000, or its honors version PSYC C1000H, counts toward UCI's PSCI 11A and PSCI 11C requirements alongside PSYC 3 or one of PSYC 30, PSYC 37 and PSYC 37H.
What doesn't IVC cover for UCI's Psychology major?
IVC has no ASSIST match for PSCI 11B, one of UCI's three Psychology Fundamentals courses (PSCI 11A, PSCI 11B, PSCI 11C). Everything else in prep, including research design and statistics, has an IVC equivalent.
