Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course continues Introduction to Acting I (THART-11A), further developing the students' understanding of theories and techniques used in the interpretation of drama through acting. The emphasis will be placed on deepening the understanding of the acting process through character analysis, monologues, scenes, pantomime, stage movement, imagination, improvisation, and verse study. Increased emphasis is also placed on acting in more complex scenes and plays. Students will engage in in- depth scenic analysis of classical plays.
