- Political, social, economic, and cultural history of the United States from the Industrial Revolution to the present. Focuses on the ideals, decisions, forces, institutions, individuals, events, and processes that affected the continuity and change during this time. Satisfies CSU Title V, Section 40404, U.S. History, Constitution, and American Ideals requirement when both HIST 17B and POLSC 1 are completed. (L)
