    This course provides students with a survey of skills and topics covered in the Office Administration program certificates and degree program. The subjects and concepts of skills and procedures necessary in an automated office, office information systems, including technology and procedures, telecommunications, information processing, mail and phone systems, time management, public relations, human relations skills, and ethics are covered. The focus is an introduction to skills that are relevant to success as an office clerk, administrative assistant, office manager, or other entry level office administration worker roles.
