    Description
    This course covers law and its relationship to business, business development, business models, and business transactions. The course also helps students practice the application of laws and regulations to managerial decisions. Students will learn about various methods of dispute resolution, torts, contracts, government regulations and other areas of commercial and business law. Other legal concepts including business ethics, employment, consumer transactions, competition, the environment, agency, and business organizations will be explored through case analyses.
