    Description
In this course, students will learn about these and other foundational HR theories and concepts and will practice the skills necessary to oversee the management of people, manage various HR functions within an organization, and manage the administration of personnel support processes in an ever- changing global business environment. Recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new employees, then building and maintaining positive relationships with them is one of the most important management functions in today's contemporary, culturally diverse organizations.
