- Description
- Prerequisite: NCEL 030RW. It is strongly recommended that students enroll in NCEL 040LS and NCEL 040RW concurrently. This course develops reading, writing, grammar and vocabulary skills at the low-intermediate level. Instructors guide students in developing strategies to comprehend level-appropriate adapted texts and write simple sentences, compound sentences, as well as short paragraphs.
