This course is designed to improve the listening and speaking skills of ESL students at the low intermediate level. This course gives students the opportunity to identify the central message of extended speech and comprehend familiar topics spoken by a native speaker at a reduced speed. Topics include current events and issues, life experience, past, and future events, and cultural comparisons.
