- Description
- This introductory survey of art music in Western civilization is geared for students without previous training in music. Students have the opportunity to develop an enjoyment and appreciation through active and guided listening to such musical forms as symphony, opera, tone poems, ballet, and concerto from early times to the present. This course is not intended for music majors.
