    Appraisal (1) CSU (P/NP Option) This course fulfills the 15-hour requirement for the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, which is required by the California Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers (BREA) to qualify to take the Trainee Appraiser license examination. Students will learn the basic standards of professional appraisal and how to apply them to practical situations.
