Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course provides the student with a comprehensive overview of acquiring, managing, producing and organizing varied documents during all phases of a lawsuit. Traditional and computer assisted methods of document management and discovery are explored. The student will learn how to handle a client's documents, obtain documents from opposing parties and non-parties, index and organize documents as they are received, utilize computer-assisted litigation support programs and use documents at trial.
