Transfers ToCSUDescriptionStudents will survey the environmental history of the United States from the pre-Columbian era to the present, including an examination of the economic, social and political consequences of environmental degradation and the responses to those disasters by governmental and other bodies. Students will relate events and express concerns when dealing with issues of the environment. They will apply this knowledge by calculating and assembling data while measuring the outcomes of the environment and how it is interpreted in American History.
