    Description
    This course provides concepts related to normal and abnormal occlusal function, assessment of Temporal Mandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorder and treatment options for dental tissue pathology as it relates to cariology and occlusion. Emphasis will be on aspects of occlusal dysfunction, dental caries, DENTAL HYGIENE COURSE DESCRIPTIONS dental hypersensitivity and dental trauma. The student will gain the knowledge to identify, document, and make a differential diagnosis for patient referrals.
