    This course provides students with a cross-cultural study of gender roles and relationships. The comparison of gender roles is viewed from biological/evolutionary, cultural, psychological, prehistoric and historic perspectives as they relate to the status of women and men in range of societies, from band-level to modern Western State-level societies.
