Transfers ToNot transferableDescriptionCSU (P/NP) This course is designed for personnel who staff emergency departments, intensive care units, or critical care departments, as well as physicians, nurses, emergency technicians, paramedics respiratory therapists, and other professionals who may respond to a cardiovascular emergency. The advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) provider course provides the knowledge and skills needed to evaluate and manage the first minute of an adult ventricular fibrillation/ventricular tachycardia (VF/VT) arrest. Successful course completion earns an American Heart Association ACLS Provider card valid for two years.
