    This course studies the United States Constitution and how it affects criminal procedure and law enforcement activities. An in-depth study of the Bill Rights and how it applies to law enforcement. This course will focus on substantive, procedural, and case law commonly encountered by the local, county, and state law enforcement agencies. The scope of the course includes misdemeanor and felony violations of the criminal statutes.
