- Psychoactive Drugs (3) CSU This course offers comprehensive instruction on the pharmacological and behavioral effects of all major categories of both legal and illegal psychoactive substances, including a detailed review of the nervous system. Pharmacological and physiological implications of tolerance, habituation, and excessive consumption of psychoactive substances are explored as well as cultural and social implications of substance use.
