    NURS 016 is an introduction to professional nursing concepts related to caring, professional standards and values, ethical and legal aspects of professional nursing practice, communication and collaboration, evidence-based practice, teaching and learning, healthcare systems and policy, informatics and quality and safety within a Culture of Health. Nursing process is introduced as a method of clinical decision-making.
