- NC 195 is self-paced introduction course to workplace effectiveness in which students will gain valuable insights into effective communication, time management, adherence to workplace policies, and conflict resolution strategies. Students will learn how to navigate an organizational structure, communicate effectively within the workplace, and demonstrate initiative and integrity in their professional conduct.
