- ESL 100 is an introduction to the development of college-level reading writing and related skills with an emphasis in English language comprehension. Students will focus on the connections with reading writing and speaking English in an academic setting. This course requires a minimum score on the English Placement Exam and it is the equivalent of ENG 100 as preparation for ENG 051A.
