Transfers ToCSUDescriptionEMT 015 occurs in the emergency medical services field under the direct supervision of a licensed paramedic preceptor. The student will refine and develop a competent, entry-level paramedic skills set. At the completion of this course, the paramedic student will competently demonstrate a complete pre-hospital patient assessment and management of wide spectrum of injured and ill patients. This course follows the national standards of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) education for paramedics as described in California Code of Regulations (Title 22, Division 9, Chapter 4) and the Department of Transportation.
