    COMP003B is an intermediate-level programming course that introduces students to basic server-side scripting techniques and frameworks using C#, .NET Core, and the ASP.NET Core web framework. Students will learn how to create dynamic web applications using the MVC design pattern and explore new concepts including middleware pipelines, dependency injection, routing, model-binding, HTML rendering using Razor views, ORMs, LINQ, and web APIs. This course requires intermediate-level computer knowledge and a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#. Students must also be comfortable working in an IDE (Visual Studio) and using version control systems (Git and GitHub).
