Transfers ToCSUDescriptionCOMP 002 is an introductory scripting course that introduces students to basic programming concepts using JavaScript. This course builds upon the knowledge and experience students have gained from completing COMP 001A and COMP 001B and is targeted towards those who have a solid foundational understanding of HTML and CSS and want to learn how to add dynamic, interactive elements to a web page. Students will learn about basic program structure, values, types, operators, flow control, basic data structures, debugging strategies, and how to craft reusable subroutines (functions and scope).Usually HeldWed 6:00pm–8:50pm
