- CD 021 is an overview of infant and toddler development including physical growth motor skills, perception, cognition, social skills, and personality development. Applied developmental knowledge will be directed to the study of appropriate equipment, curriculum content, health safety and nutritional issues. Quality infant and toddler environments will be addressed.
