    CIS 005A offers a foundational introduction to the essential computer hardware and software skills needed to meet the increasing demand for entry-level ICT professionals. Students will explore the fundamentals of computer hardware and software, alongside advanced topics such as security, networking, cloud computing, and the key responsibilities of an ICT professional. Special emphasis will be placed on troubleshooting techniques for software, hardware, and networks. This course is designed to help students prepare for the CompTIA A+ certification exams, equipping them with the skills necessary for a successful career in ICT.
