    Description
    Laboratory class to accompany BIOL 034: Isolation and purification of DNA and RNA, gel electrophoresis, PCR, cloning and transformation, Southern blotting, analysis of gene expression using qPCR and NGS, DNA sequencing, bioinformatics, RNA interference, CRISPR Cas9, karyotyping, identification of transposable elements and analysis of inherited traits.
