    Principles of molecular and human genetics: Transfer and expression of genetic information, structure and replication of DNA, gene regulation in prokaryotes and eukaryotes, mutation and chromosomal damage, population and evolutionary genetics, recombinant DNA methodology; research, clinical and industrial applications of biotechnology.
